Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Medalea Farms. If you are not fully satisfied, please see our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods and custom products are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  • Contact us at Medaleaf.shop@gmail.com to initiate a return. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund, please check with your bank and contact us if you still have concerns.
